Ingredients
  • Salmon fillet, belly, or scraps
  • 2 cups cooked rice (day-old recommended)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 small carrot, diced
  • ½ cup peas or mixed vegetables
  • 1–2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions
  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan, scramble eggs, remove.
  2. Sauté vegetables 2–3 mins, add rice and stir-fry.
  3. Flake salmon and mix in.
  4. Add eggs back, season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.

Tips
Day-old rice prevents clumping.
