Ingredients
- Salmon fillet, belly, or scraps
- 2 cups cooked rice (day-old recommended)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 small carrot, diced
- ½ cup peas or mixed vegetables
- 1–2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan, scramble eggs, remove.
- Sauté vegetables 2–3 mins, add rice and stir-fry.
- Flake salmon and mix in.
- Add eggs back, season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
Tips
Day-old rice prevents clumping.
