- Members earn 0.5 point for every RM1 spent on qualifying purchases made through our official website. From time to time, we may introduce additional ways to earn or accelerate points.
- Points may be redeemed on eligible orders, either on the current purchase or future purchases, subject to applicable redemption rules. Rewards, benefits, and points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not constitute property.
- Unless otherwise stated, all unused points will expire and reset to zero (0) at the end of each calendar year and cannot be reinstated, refunded, or exchanged for cash, products, or rewards.
- In the event of a return, refund, or order cancellation:
Redeemed points will be re-credited to the member’s account.
Points earned from the refunded transaction will be forfeited.
SunnyFish is not responsible for any loss, misuse, or unauthorised redemption of points resulting from fraudulent activity by the member or any third party.
If you believe points were not correctly credited, please contact us within seven (7) days of the relevant transaction, providing your name, mobile number, email address, and details of the issue. Requests submitted after this period may not be honoured.
SunnyFish reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program, including earning rates, rewards, and redemption rules, at any time without prior notice. Changes may affect points or rewards already accumulated.

- Returns, Refunds & Adjustments
- If any item forming part of a qualifying purchase is cancelled, returned, or refunded, the promotion will be voided. The order will be recalculated based on original item prices, and any refund will be adjusted accordingly.
- Perishable Goods Notice
- All seafood products are perishable. Any return, refund, or replacement request is subject to SunnyFish’s standard Refund & Return Policy. No additional rights are granted under this promotion.
- Delivery & Risk
- All delivery-related matters (including timing, failed delivery, and transfer of risk) are governed by the company’s Shipping & Delivery Policy.
