Ingredients
2 Kurau fish slices
1 thumb ginger, shredded
1 tbsp light soy sauce
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Season fish lightly with salt & pepper.
- Heat oil, sauté half the ginger until fragrant.
- Add Kurau slices and pan-fry 3–4 mins each side until golden.
- Add remaining ginger shreds on top, drizzle light soy sauce, and serve hot.
