Honey Garlic Pan-Seared Salmon

Ingredients
  • 2 salmon fillets (150–200g each)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions
  1. Pat salmon dry and season with salt & pepper.

  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook salmon skin-side down for 4–5 mins, flip and cook 3–4 mins.

  3. Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice. Pour over salmon in the last 2 mins, spooning to coat evenly.

  4. Transfer to a plate, drizzle remaining sauce, garnish with parsley.


Tips

Dry salmon first for a golden sear.
