Ingredients
2 salmon fillets (150–200g each)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Pat salmon dry and season with salt & pepper.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook salmon skin-side down for 4–5 mins, flip and cook 3–4 mins.
Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice. Pour over salmon in the last 2 mins, spooning to coat evenly.
Transfer to a plate, drizzle remaining sauce, garnish with parsley.
Tips
Dry salmon first for a golden sear.
