By placing an order with SunnyFish, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Payment (Bank Transfer): Orders will be processed only upon payment confirmation.
Please email (hello@sunnyfish.my) or WhatsApp (+6016 307 0750) your proof of payment along with your order number. - Delivery: Standard delivery schedule: Wednesdays or Fridays.
Payment must be made at least one (1) business day before our standard delivery schedule.
In the event of a failed delivery attempt due to customer unavailability, a re-delivery fee equal to the original delivery charge will apply. - Prices: Our product prices are subject to market fluctuations due to the nature of fresh seafood.
Prices may vary depending on seasonality, festive demand, and weather conditions affecting supply. Nevertheless, we will always honour the price confirmed at the time of your order. - Weight: Our products are typically sold based on gross weight.
Final weight maybe 15% 20% less after cleaning and preparation. We make every effort to ensure any weight difference is minimal. - Availability: Fresh items are subject to daily market availability.
Should a product ordered become unavailable, we will contact you to offer alternatives — replacing with another item, postponing your order, or issuing a refund. - Returns & Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition (e.g. wrong item, damaged packaging, or spoiled upon delivery), please reach out to us within 5 hours of receiving your order. To help us assist you quickly, kindly provide your order number, an unboxing video and clear photos taken at the time of receipt.
