Ingredients
2 Kurau fish steaks
3 slices ginger
2 salted plum (咸梅)
4 tomato wedges
4 slices tofu (optional)
2 tsp soy sauce
A few coriander sprigs
Instructions
- Place the Kurau steak onto a steaming plate.
- Top with ginger, tomato, salted plum and tofu slices.
- Steam over high heat for 12–15 minutes until the fish is cooked and flakes easily.
- Drizzle soy sauce, garnish with coriander and serve hot.
