Ingredients
- 200g salmon fillet or belly, cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Sesame seeds & Green onion for garnish
- Steamed rice
- Sautéed vegetables (carrot, broccoli, bell pepper)
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil & ginger (May use Teriyaki Sauce as replacement).
- Pan-fry salmon until golden.
- Pour sauce over salmon, cook 1–2 mins until caramelised.
- Serve over rice with vegetables, sprinkle sesame seeds and green onion.
Tips
Colourful vegetables make it fun for kids.

May consider to pair with edamame, corn to make it even more colourful! :)
