- Salmon fillet, diced
- ½ cucumber, diced
- ½ avocado, diced
- 4-5 cherry tomato, halved
- 1–2 spring onions, chopped
- 1 tsp soy sauce

Instructions
- Toss diced salmon with cucumber, avocado, cherry tomato, spring onions, soy sauce and sesame oil.
