Ingredients
  • Salmon fillet, diced
  • ½ cucumber, diced
  • ½ avocado, diced
  • 4-5 cherry tomato, halved
  • 1–2 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Optional: sesame seeds, leafy greens

Instructions
  1. Toss diced salmon with cucumber, avocado, cherry tomato, spring onions, soy sauce and sesame oil.
  2. Serve over rice or leafy greens.
  3. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
