Ingredients
  • Salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • Salt & pepper
  • Optional: parsley

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan, season salmon with salt & pepper.
  2. Cook skin-side down first for 4–5 mins, flip 3–4 mins.
  3. Add butter and lemon juice, spoon over salmon for a glossy finish.
  4. Garnish with parsley.

Crisp skin makes the dish extra tasty.
