Ingredients
- Salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ lemon, juiced
- Salt & pepper
- Optional: parsley
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan, season salmon with salt & pepper.
- Cook skin-side down first for 4–5 mins, flip 3–4 mins.
- Add butter and lemon juice, spoon over salmon for a glossy finish.
- Garnish with parsley.
