Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (180g each)
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: lemon wedges to serve
Instructions
- Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, cayenne and brown sugar.
- Rub salmon fillets with olive oil. Coat generously with Cajun spice mix.
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C.
- Place salmon in basket, skin-side down. Air fry 9 to12 min until crust is darkened and crispy.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
